What I Know this morning:
I need alone time.
I need sunshine.
I need time outdoors.
Exercise makes me feel better.
Flowers make me hapy.
Candlelight is calming.
Art-ing brings me JOY.
Yoga centers me.
Awareness of breath has saved me.
Too much coffee makes me cranky.
Turquoise sky blue makes me smile.
The smell of sagebrush is indescribable.
The sound of the hawk outside always excites me.
Open space brings clarity.
I need color in my life.
I do not allow myself to feel JOY often enough.
I am detail oriented.
I often feel trapped.
Meditation is good for the soul.
It's difficult to find your tribe.
I allow details to distract me.
I am enough.
I am okay as I am.
