Have you ever noticed that you have these wonderful ideas and thoughts as you are running, or you are in the shower? And then as soon as you sit in front of the screen or pull out an empty page the thoughts run and hide? They scatter to the back of my brain only to reappear the next time I'm unable to put them on paper!
As I was running this morning, (okay it is just above a walk, but I call it running) I had these wonderful insights. Thinking about the blog I read about writing your negative thoughts on leaves and letting them drift down a river or letting go of your "baggage". Something about the fall season makes me want to "shed" my leaves of fear and anxiety. The trees do it why can't I?
